We are not the biggest, just the best as we take an intimate approach to our projects. We don’t engage in a property that we ourselves wouldn’t live in— that’s our motto.

We focus on upscale residential development as we enjoy leaning into each property’s unique features and aesthetics. Specifically – full scale remodeling as our speciality as we welcome the challenge of maintaining the property’s original intent while modernizing the homes by breathing new life, personality and tailored design into them.

Trumpower Development was founded by Alex Trumpower – a native Angelino who was thrust into real estate since birth, learning quickly from his family of contractors & investors. As a licensed Contractor with over 10+ of experience, Alex has formed his own in-house team, a roster of subcontractors and a deep knowledge of Southern California’s real estate and its unique styles. Decisions and projects are selected locally making us more nimble and unique than other larger organizations.
